Dual WAN 1 Public IP

I am new to PFsense and i am trying to setup a home office network. I have a public /30 to assign to the pfsense and my home computer. then the pfsense will have 2 wan connections to 2 different ISPs with DHCP ips. Is there a way for me to have redundancy so if either line goes down, i can keep the public ip up. I've tried a few settings but cannot get it to work
