    Is it possible my new SG3100 is bricked after 10 mins of use?

      I just unboxed my SG3100 and ran through the PFSense initial setup. It got as far as checking for updates and sat for a long time. I never got to hit the 'finish' button on the setup. I lost network contact with the SG3100 once it started to check for updates. Since that point I have connected to serial console and can't figure out what to do to get this thing back online.
      What are my options for getting this thing back working?

        The initial setup consisted of what ?

        Your 3100 is connected to what type of upstream device ? A modem ? Another router ?
        Can you show the console menu, like :
