the following errors occur while  troubleshooting, we use radiusd -X

      reading pairlist file /usr/local/etc/raddb/users
/usr/local/etc/raddb/users[4]: syntax error: previous line is missing a trailing comma for entry pfsense
      Errors reading /usr/local/etc/raddb/users
/usr/local/etc/raddb/modules/files[7]: Instantiation failed for module "files"
/usr/local/etc/raddb/sites-enabled/default[177]: failed to find "files" in the "modules" section.
      /usr/local/etc/raddb/sites-enabled/default[1169]: Errors parsing authorize section.

Looks like one of your users has an invalid configuration, you'd have to post the users file from /usr/local/etc/raddb/users (or at least the first few lines) for anyone to be able to help.

If you have anything in the user custom config options it could be from that, since it complains about line 4 it must be in one of the first couple users.
