Recheck every clients used and unused network card setting, maybe a wrong gateway or could it be a client firewall

I have deactivated both Windows Vistas firewall and Windows 2003 firewall.

In the normal/server computer there is only one network card.

Can the computers get to the Internet?  What is their default gateway?

Both the computers can connect to the internet.

Gateway is 192.168.0.1 for the LAN and 192.168.2.1 for the server

Can you provide a network diagram?  Are you running pfSense 1.2?

Have you changed any of the default settings, like disabling the automatic Outbound NAT?
