    [solved] DHCP router option for Linux hosts

      Hi,
      im trying to use the DHCP server - windows hosts seem to get IP & GW just fine, however - Linux host just get the IP without GW/router
      I tried adding router option using option  #3 and providing the IP but no luck

      any suggestion on how to configure it ?

        found the problem…
        for some reason the router in the route table is shown as FQDN and the DHCP wasn't configured to provide domain search as shown in attached pictures
