    Help please… update Squid service not start

      update pfsense OS from 2.2.2 to 2.2.6
      and update squid from v4.3.4 to v4.3.10 service not start status hold stoped.

        I'm fighting an issue where the cache won't clear, and if it's overly full (no space on hd) squid won't start.  If I go to the squid settings for cache and hit the 'clear cache now' button it's all happy again.

          Thank you tymanthius for your guide. It Worked.

          I have clear cache in /var/spool/squid/ and  /var/squid/cache/
          Then check config in file squid.conf

            Keep an eye on it, as it may fill your drive like mine did.

            If I get a real solution figured out I'll try to let you know.
