My 2220 seems to have bit the bullet. We're about to host a virtual baby shower in a few hours so I want to see if I can get this up and running ASAP. I am unable to pull up the console and the light on the front is Amber. So I assume it is off and can't seem to get it to turn on. What are my options?

@bhjitsense you've likely been bitten by the the infamous intel C200 series clock issue that had rendered many a SG-2220 and SG-2440 glorified paperweights. Netgate was providing fixes for this and extended warranties even but you're well beyond that based on their recent response to others who have had the same issue recently. Believe your only solution is to get a new router. SG-3100 is the recommended upgrade to your 2220 but I personally love my 5100s. Sorry for the bad news especi as you're trying to hold an event. I'd slam something temporary in for the time being due to the urgency you have.

Yes unfortunately that's probably the case.

If there is no output on the console at all and the status LED does not turn green there is probably nothing we can do at this point.
