    Afternoon!!

I've been using XMLRPC to sync static DNS entries between two offices for the better part of a decade. I know this isn't really what HA syncing is for, but it's worked pretty well for all this time and eliminates the need to manually update entries at the distant location. When I initially set this up, I had to create a static route and gateway so the primary side would know how to route the traffic destined for the distant firewall. At some point in the recent past, this has stopped working and how gives me this error:

A communications error occurred while attempting to call XMLRPC method host_firmware_version:

I'm not really sure when, as I don't update those entries very much. Both firewalls (Netgate SG-2440s) are on the same release: 2.4.5-RELEASE-p1 (amd64) and there is nothing blocking any sort of traffic between them. I've tried the usual tinkering to fix it, but have had no luck. Hoping you all have some ideas! Thanks!
