I downgraded from plus to 2.4.5 and am showing no packages. What is the issue, never seen this before..

in System/Update/Update Settings do you have it set to Previous Stable Version (2.4.5 DEPRECATED)? You want to ensure you're not looking at or installing packages from 2.5/21.01.

Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to reboot, or more depending on packages, and device or disk speed.

You're welcome. Always set that if you are not on the latest so the package system doesn't download code for the later version.
