    sg-1100 upgrade failures

      For the past several upgrades I have been seeing what appears to be the same kind of upgrade failure. I download the image via the GUI and confirm the update and the appliance reboots. That said, even after waiting 30 minutes the appliances never comes back up.

      I an not connected via the serial cable when I upgrade.
      What is the best way to grab logs to determine why this keeps happening. It appears to download without issue and apply the update, it just appears it never comes back post reboot.

      This just happened with Version 21.02_1 but I already had a USB image of the 21.02 upgrade from when it failed so the restore was pretty quick and painless. That said, I want to upgrade to the latest version and I want to document it to try and find out what the issue is after booting.

        @p32spaceblaster I just tried this again but via the console/serial cable and the upgrade was successful.
