@aamiritincharge It's very simple. You have to define the restriction rules in Traffic shaper>Limiter and then write a rule for network users in the firewall>Lan section and enter the traffic shaper values ​​in the advanced section.

In limiters you could set two rules for limit bandwidth e.g: Upload and download
Then use those rules in advaced sectionin in/out pipe firewall rule
e.g : ( in: Upload and out: Download )

For Uploade:

Like download but change mask to source address

Which version pfsense using?
