Hi guys, new with this stuff but I am having trouble installing this to a 80GB hard drive.

When I get to the quick install it shows up this

      Execution of the command
      /sbin/fdisk -v -f /tmp/new.fdisk ad0
FAILED with a return code of 1.

      Anyone know maybe why. Thanks

Also I have tried this and does not work for me.

Might want to try the latest 2.3 from snapshots.pfsense.org. That might just work, and it's a solid production-ready option at this point.

If that doesn't work, it might be a similar situation to the one noted in that link, where your system has issues with FreeBSD and larger drives. A BIOS upgrade often fixes issues along those lines.
