VoIP problems

Hi everyone.
We have some issues with the communication against an external PBX. Some of our phones, which are behind a pfsense firewall, can not communicate with the PBX
Sometimes one or more softphones can't receive any calls, although they can make calls. Other times there are one way audio issues. The problem arises only in softphones, our polycom devices do not have any problems of this kind.
Our settings are the following:
- siproxd enabled, rtp proxy disbled (with RTP proxy enabled, all softphones fail).
- Automatic Outbound NAT rule generation.
- The PBX is external, and every VoIP device is inside LAN.
- PFSense 2.2.6-RELEASE.
- We are using linphone and ekiga. of which both have problems.Let me know if you need more information about our deployment, thanks in advance.

Any firewall rules on your WAN interface for your PBX?
Since your using Siproxd, make sure the destination address is "WAN address".
