      Setup:

      • Dual WANs with vastly different speeds
        WAN1 = 1mbps up / 10mbps down
        WAN2 = 20mbps up / 100 mbps down

      • Goal: set up limiters to prevent link saturation when movies/torrents/etc are active

      I've read up a whole lot of posts and articles but nothing explains this fully. I know I will have to use a floating rule as the LAN rule applies to the dual WAN failover gateway. But when no matter what I try on the floating rule end, I run into one issue or the other. On the verge of giving up but thought I'd poll the experts/tinkerers amongst us for guidance.

      Is this doable?
