First, let me just certify I have been working with pfsense for YEARS
and these routers were working fine before the update to the "PRO" version 21.02
now port forwarding no longer supports multi wan, it uses the default gateway now and no longer goes back out the interface it came into.

I have checked all settings and to be sure I went through all this as well
      https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/troubleshooting/nat-port-forwards.html
but it did not provide me anything I did not already know

So is this a bug or what changed with 21 that is not mentioned in docs?

@johnorjias wow can't edit a post after an hour.. ok then

it feels like this old bug is back https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/6986

it is also showing reply-to correctly in my rules.debug

and to be clear I had a working configuration for 7 years. even before I had the netgate routers, then built the same config and ran it on these netgate routers for around 2 or so years, no issues. I update to 21.02 and now multi wan port forwarding no longer works and it goes through the default gateway
