Crash report after upgrading XG-7100 HA Pair to 21.02.2

Upgraded from 21.02.1 to 21.02.2, everything was working fine for a few hours (upgraded secondary first all seemed fine so upgraded primary) then noticed a duplicate IPSEC tunnel so tried stopping in the gui, appeared to have no effect, neither did restarting IPSEC service. All tunnels suddenly stopped and could not restart from gui or shell, rebooted primary and secondary took over a expected, tunnels came back up but as soon as primary was up all tunnels stopped again. Couldn't see anything in logs to indicate what was happening.
Entered persistent CARP Maintenance mode on primary and everything was fine again so left things that way for about 8 hours and seemingly no issues (at least no reported issues and our own monitoring seemed stable) - left maintenance mode and this time all was working as expected however then noticed both units reporting a crash report...textdump.tar.0 info.0 textdump.tar (1).0 info (1).0
Since then not had any issues I'm aware of...
