        @mnobrega I can't find much on this unit at all. Their other units use Intel CPUs so you may be able to grab the iso, image it to a usb stick and boot from it if the unit allows that. Do you know if it has NICs that are supported by FreeBSD 12?

          Nothing else. I even sent a message to the manufacturer and he replied that version 8.2 freebsd was tested

            @mnobrega You may have to check its BIOS to see if the boot order is correct to boot from USB, if it even supports that.

                @mnobrega

                Boot from install media results in “can’t find '/boot/entropy'”

                            @mnobrega First thing I would try is failsafe defaults, followed by optimal defaults.

                              Can we see the boot log showing exactly where it stops responding?

                              I assume you're connecting with Putty at 115200bps?

                                @mnobrega Is there any option in the BIOS to change the boot option to BIOS as opposed to UEFI only? and or change to legacy??

                                ‘Legacy Boot Enable, Secure Boot Disable’.

                                    @rhallado ele funciona, mas esta com os caracteres desconhecidos. ainda não tive tempo pra procurar essa configuração. Mas se vc já tiver essa config fique a vontade para compartilhar comigo.
