site-2-site IPSec IVEv2 vpn with cisco

Hi guys! Im total noob in VPN but I need to create site-2-site VPN with cisco, colleagues send me next parameters:
OF1 peer gateway IP: 193.178.228.119
OF2 peer gateway IP: 89.245.62.131
OF1 remote net: 193.178.228.119
OF2 remote net: 172.20.112.25, 172.20.112.26ikev2 remote-authentication pre-shared-key

lifetime seconds 36000But i cant find where i can configure ikev2 local-authentication pre-shared-key, prf sha256 in ikev policy, and integrity in both, i understand that its total noob questions, but i spend i lot of time and cant find information, please help!
