Talos IP list download fail

As has been noted in previous threads, access to https://talosintelligence.com/documents/ip-blacklist if failing for me. Error messages appears to be generated by Cloudflare and reads:
" Error 1020 Ray ID: 664707ce7c26eccf • 2021-06-24 15:36:13 UTC
Access denied
What happened?

This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks.

Tried multiple browsers and source IP addresses. Is anyone else seeing this?

I got this answer from Talos (via Twitter):

"It moved to: https://snort.org/downloads/ip-block-list about a year ago"
