thanks for nothing. if docs where clear i wouln't have asked.
-
Did you even bother with clicking the first link that comes out of the search? Apparently not.

Stick this to advanced config:
Code: [Select]
server:
local-data: "_kerberos._tcp.example.com 3600 IN SRV 0 100 88 dc1.example.com"
local-data: "_kerberos._udp.example.com 3600 IN SRV 0 100 88 dc1.example.com"where is the advance config?
-
It's very carefully hidden under "Custom options", almost impossible to find… :o ;D
-
dok you always make my day Thank You! ;) I start the day with a smile after reading your posts..
-
found out myself after some trying. but isn't it possible to adjust the documention so it fits the latest pfsense build?
-
That would be far too easy and would spoil the enjoyment of discovering it for yourself.
Google is your friend..
-
And what doc do you think needs updating.. I would be happy to do that.. But just looked over unbound and seems fine.. Goes over how to create advanced entries. Can not put in example for every possible scenario.. But what would you like changed and I can edit it if makes sense.

Almost four years on, this is the first link that comes out of the search. Stupid response immortalised!
