IPsec VPN multiple connection attempts on Windows 10

Hi,
we are using IPsec on windows 10 clients and genereally it works.
But we are seeing issues that the initial connection takes between 1-10 attempts to set up the connection.

If the connection attempt is not working we see: checking credentials
When we finally have the positive connection attempt we see: connecting

Did somebody also ran ito this issue and solved it?
