Currently, I have 2 LANs (LAN1 and LAN2) and 1 WAN. Need to add another WAN from a different ISP (cable vs fiber) for higher availability of internet connection.

LAN1 has a NAS, printer, streaming boxes, phones, tablets and computers. These devices can connect with each other.

LAN2 has devices which I don't want to be able to discover or connect to other devices on LAN1. Currently LAN2 is only allowed WAN access. It also runs the guest WiFi AP.

With a new WAN2, I'd like to have all LAN1 devices use WAN1 and all LAN2 devices use WAN2 for primary access. When one of the WANs is down, I'd like all devices to use the active WAN. When both WANs are back online, then I'd like all devices to go back to their primary WAN.

Both WANs will be unmetered, so some delay in switching back from failover is okay.

I do have Dynamic DNS for some of my LAN1 devices. Is there anything special I need to do? Any other considerations?

Hoping that this is not a very unique requirement and that there is a guide I can use. Greatly appreciate any pointers.

      TIA!
