    7100 asking for boot device order

      Recently I lost internet and checked my 7100. no web response. Connected the serial cable created a putty connection. typing a letter kicks off the boot sequence and ends up with

      My guess is the drive failed.

      Any thoughts/help?

        Yes, unfortunately I agree, it looks like the drive failed.

        It boots the boot order setup like that when there is nothing else to boot.

        Try pressing ESC when it says to see the available boot devices. It should show the eMMC or SATA drives if they are present.
