Can't sending and receiving email from a mail server behind pfsense.
Open Ports 25, 143, 587, 80, 443 for a mail server and MX record is pointing to the Public IP Address.
I can access a webmail using hostname from outside world.
But I don't know what i'm missing PLEASE HELP!!!

The SMTP clients log should shed some light here.
What do you get on the client when trying to connect?

I'm using Gmail try to send a email but getting a message back is Address not found - The response from the remote server was: 550 No Such User Here.
When I setup mail server behind ISP Modem Router before pfsense and it working no problems. I know pfsense has stop the connection.

So that indicates that GMail can access the server, but the mail address is not known by the server.

Seems that the server cannot resolve host names.
You should check the DNS settings.

Where do I check DNS settings is it in pfsense or elsewhere.
Can I ask you a question?
If I connect mail server direct to ISP modem and it's work perfectly with no problems.

Could be pfsense NAT port forwarding not function properly.

                        On the server.

Presumably the server used the ISP router for DNS resolution which is not available anymore.
So you might have to change the DNS settings on the server to use pfSense.

                          If gmail tells you :

Then that message : "550 No Such User Here" came from the server where you tried to send the message to.
That should be your mail server.

Use for example this one :

                          https://www.zonemaster.net/domain_check

                          And this one : https://ssl-tools.net/

                          Or https://tls.imirhil.fr/ ( select smtp )

                              Probably. Can't tell right now.
You have world's most famous log file at your disposal. It's the file nearly every post (=mail) master looks at 24/24H, as it is very important.

                              /var/log/mail.log

                              It has all the details.

edit : /var/log/mail.log is the file and location for most mail servers.
