Hmm, I'm not familiar with that. I'll see if there's anything amiss on our end?

What region are you trying to launch that in? What region is your account in?

        Steve

@stephenw10 The azure account is based in Mauritius island; the azure region is east-us.
In any ase we would like to pay in USD not in Mauritius rupee.

          Thank you

We are investigating here but I think the issue is the account location. Netgate's Azure producrs are only available in Microsoft-managed countries. I'll let you know.

              Hi,

if you cannot fix because of Microsoft commercial policies we can buy directly from you the Azure Image.
In this case our preferred option is to plan a remote session where one of your professionals uploads the image into our azure account and creates a VM .

Or as alternative (not the preferred one) we can download the image from Netgate and upload it into an azure storage account of ours and then we create the Azure VM directly from the Azure image.

              What do you think?

              Best Regards

Ok, yes that appears to be issue. The error you're seeing is unhelpful though and I'm not sure why it doesn't just show offer as unavailable. We raised that with Azure.
Since you already have supported instances deployed please open a ticket with use to discuss the available options: https://go.netgate.com/

If you can reference this thread in the ticket it will save time initially.
