Trying to submit firmware request ticket

I recently purchased a used SG-8860-1U and would like to do a fresh install of pfSense Plus Software. I am trying to submit a support ticket for firmware access but keep getting this response:
User blocked! No more tickets allowed for this user
I saw in another post that it may be because of my protonmail email address.
Hoping someone can unblock me, thanks!

@bobcat05 protonmail has been a cause of the problem many times during the time I've been visiting this forum. Do you have another email type that you can use? My recollection is that the service used by Netgate just won't accept protonmail regardless of human interaction on Netgate's end. Perhaps, @chrismacmahon or @stephenw10 can be of help if I am wrong.

I was able to submit a ticket by creating a new account with my hotmail address. Thank you.

I unblocked that email anyway in case you need to use it in future.
