PfSense + Omada controller

Probably not.
But way more info needed. That's some sort of Access Point managment? Does it have a FreeBSD port? You have a link?

Looks....um....sketchy!

I've tried
result failed
an old source .. -
Ok, so it is that you're trying to install? Exactly as described in that post?
If so the basic answer here is don't do that. Run the controller on something else, off the firewall.

my purpose is to run pfsense and omada controller in a single device
I installed but I couldn't reach the omada controller login page
i need more detailed setup explanation

Hey
Do not run this controller on pfS!!!What you can do
Is install pfS in a virtual machine and the omada controller on another virtual machine on the same serverU will have some fun using interfaces and other fine stuff
But it's possible -
There is a project and a single computer to be used in the field
There are no resources to purchase the controller in omada
a completely cost-effective study
so i can't install contoroller on a different device -
To be honest than install the desktop client for omada if tp link offers something
The way to install both on a single piece of metal is virtual machine
and that's the bottom lineGet yourself a raspi and install omada there, if even that's out of budget your project seems to be doomed to failure

@ahmetakkaya I agree with noplan...you can and should do this with 2 VMs on a single machine. The Omada controller is free to download for Windows or Linux (https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/omada-software-controller/). There are many choices of VMs for Linux...take your choice. Then install Pfsense on a separate VM. You just have to spend some time configuring the interfaces.
You really want to keep the firewall separate from other software.
