Failover with Static Routes

Hi everyone, I Have 2 VPN IPSEC VTI with 2 sites. to communicate with the 172.16.0/16 network(Source 131.127.19.0/24), I use a static route with the VTI 1 interface as a gateway. how can I configure for the VPN VT2 to work as a backup if the VT1 VPN fails?.
