There are two anomalies here. The blue is a rather odd issue plaguing Rochester, NY., I thought there was an issue with my router hardware. I replaced that and was ready to test new modems.  I found out today that the whole city has this issue. The green spike is something I cannot explain, 46,000 filter states come and gone in a few minutes. I watch my router like hawk and I've never seen anything like this.

Anyone have any input on either issue?

If something was trying to connect out and there was an Internet issue and say your ISP's router was responding with an error like Route not Found, then that something could have gone into a tight loop that kept attempting to create new states to establish a connection.
