I am trying to add a second subnet to my LAN

First subnet is 10.9.8.X - Router is set as 10.9.8.1, everything so far works as expected
Now I wanted to add a second subnet as 10.75.5.X

I have added a virtual IP setup as 10.75.5.1 and can ping that address from any PC on the 10.9.8.X subnet

I have equipment on this second subnet as example 10.75.5.30 but I cannot ping or see that equipment.

I have added in the Firewall Rule:

      IPv4 * 10.75.5.0/24 * * * * none and the same for IPv6

      As for the LAN has
      IPv4 * LAN net * * * * none

and have added an outbound NAT  for that subnet
      WAN  10.75.5.0/24 * * * WAN address * NO

Not sure what I am missing to be able to access the equipment on the second subnet and for the equipment on the second subnet to be able to access the internet using the primary gateway. Also take note that everything goes onto the same switch.

        I also just tried:

System: Advanced: Firewall and NAT, called Static route filtering – Bypass firewall rules for traffic on the same interface.

        Still no go
