      Hi,

I want to setup pfense and manage 3 wired networks with wireless also.
      Example:
      Net1 - 192.168.10.0 - Wireless1
      Net2 - 192.168.11.0 - Wireless2
      Net3 - 192.168.12.0 - Wireless3

      How can I achieve this?
      How many NICs?
I have to setup the wireless networks on pfsense, or just use APs?

      Thanks in advance.

If you want 3 different subnets plus your WAN connection, you need one interface on pfSense for each network.

You can either put 4 physical NICs in your pfSense box or at least 2 and use VLANs with a VLAN capable switch.

As far as wireless goes, the current best practices are to use AP's where you need them.

^agree.  Can be done full physical with nics or vlans which could go down as low as just 1 physical nic.

So if you want wifi on each of those they could be just dumb AP on each network or could use a actual AP that supports vlans and have those different networks via different SSIDs all on the same AP or multiple AP.
