Igmpproxy for pfSense 2.2.6 (source code for Version 0.1 beta2, Build 15082)

The custom igmpproxy for pfSense 2.2.6 was replaced in 2.3 with the stock one.
Sadly the stock one did not work. (see https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/6099)

I would be more than happy to be able to use a firewall with responsive desgin  ;)
but igmpproxy (or better its functionality) is a hard requirement for my setup as we have IPTV :-\

I could get the "original" igmpproxy to work with some changes: https://github.com/ViToni/igmpproxy/tree/getifaddrs
But the code seems to work only for IGMPv2 (downstream).

With the igmpproxy from 2.2.6 IGMPv3 (downstream) works, too!

I already tried patching igmpproxy (0.1 beta2) from https://sourceforge.net/projects/igmpproxy/files/igmpproxy/0.1-beta2/
with https://github.com/pfsense/FreeBSD-ports/blob/c54435fc9cd854b301a2be5b3583de85171da9a7/net/igmpproxy/files/patch-freebsd

The result didn't work on my pfSense (2.2.6), so there might be more patching needed.

Could you (pfSense) by any means provide the source code used to compile the igmpproxy for pfSense 2.2.6?
