How to add new Internet Provider on exisiting Linux Unit

Mabuhay! Sorry about this question, i tried searching here on this.

We hired technician to install PFSense on our 3 units (1 Nagios, and 2 with Internet). Now they say that we can add another internet provider on the exisiting 1 unit. We notice that our internet goes slow so we suggest to add new internet accounts. As of today we have 3 internet acc 2of this is PLDT and the other one ois BayanDSL (which is not installed on pfsense). So one solution for this one is to make that BayandSL configured on one unit of PFsense?

Any help on this one?
