A small office has 7 fully-hosted (no on-premises equipment except phones) VoIP phones and a few off-site VPN users.

The SG-2440 almost looks great - 4 NICs for WAN, phones on their own LAN, PCs and printers on another LAN, and a guest LAN in a nice package with supported pfSense. No inter-LAN routing is necessary.

My only concern is the SG-2440's Atom CPU. Is it adequate to support 3-5 simultaneous high quality VoIP conversations while running a couple of VPN sessions?

The SG-2440 will be more than enough for that usage.
