I have the following problem, I set the limiter to limit download traffic to 5mb, but the graphics Status-> Traffic Graph it reports that there are some IPs sailing above 5mb. Is that correct?

Depends on how you configured the limiter. If you have it configured to limit any given flow to 5Mb, then a single client with 2 flows can do up to 10Mb.

The limit is set to 5mb, and there are IPs traveling up to that limit in graphics.

I don't use limiters, but if I'm reading that correctly, you'recreating a 5Mb limiter for each source that you're downloading from. If you are downloading from N sources, then the limiters will limit you to N*5Mb of bandwidth.

I thought you were asking if the info in the traffic graph is correct. It is. If that wasn't the question, I don't know what you're asking.

To answer your original question, the tool that shows the IPs and their throughput is 'rate'.
