SSH Tunnel to Ubuntu Server pfSense Firewall Rule

hi everyone

I am trying to SSH tunnel to my Ubuntu server that is behind pfSense firewall.
I am using ESXi 6.0 Do I have to create firewall rule to forward port 22 or anything else

I can't even ssh to my Ubuntu Server from outside my network

And If anyone can direct me to some useful article How to ssh from outside my network
