Bridge and Firewall Rules

Hi,

If I I have a WAN Port with a VLAN 100 and bridge to another VLAN 100 of LAN1 port.  Do I have to…

1. Create the Bridge Interface and enable it?
2. What firewall rules do I need to get all traffic to flow across the bridge bidiirectional?  I do not want to block any traffic.
