      Found a bug (I think)..

If the UPnP & NAT-PMP setting is enabled, a backup and restore to clean install won't restore it's settings. Everything else restores but UPnP & NAT-PMP comes up disabled (unchecked)

Can anyone confirm this? OR if this will be fixed with an update?

There's nothing special about the upnp config, it restores as it was when the backup was taken.

I have done restores on 3 fresh installs with same results. The upnp config is not restored. It was configured before backup and I can see the config xml file has the info.

Guessing you cleared out the <installedpackages>section of the config backup before restoring. Though uPNP is in base now, its config is still under <installedpackages>. It restores fine where the settings are correctly in the restored config.</installedpackages></installedpackages>
