System > Advanced > WebGUI SSL Create Certificate Automatically Error

My current version: 1.2.1-RC1
built on Tue Aug 5 04:06:52 EDT 2008

When i go to system > advanced and scorll down to click on the link next to WebGUI SSL and say create certificates automatically, I fill in the information then click next and a bunch of warnings pop-up and the windows auto closes and no info is put in the certificate or RSA key fields.
