System Logs Clear Log error

when you click clear system logs  it clears it but then no log writes to that tab anymore unitl the pfsense machine is rebooted

I've seen this error on pfSense 1.2 when clearing the logs for captive portal. Because of that reason on my firewall I removed the button that clears the system logs.

odd, I've cleared various logs countless times and never had a problem with them not coming back. Just did it again on a couple installs, the logs come back fine.

Can you provide a specific, repeatable way to replicate this?
