So, if my router reboot I need to add an entry in the APR-table manually.
Long story short, the NIC at the other end is faulty and is only used for WOL.
The NIC running the actual traffic does not want to work with WOL.

So I read up on setting this entry on startup.

      Added the line:

      <shellcmd>arp -s 10.0.0.3 ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff</shellcmd>

      just above in the config.xml.

It does not seem to be working.
      How to fix this?

Perhaps a DHCP static mapping with the ARP Table Static Entry option enabled could be used.

        MAC address: ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff
        IP address: 10.0.0.3
        Hostname: Broadcast-Agent
Description: Broadcast Agent (ex: WoL Magic Packet)
        ARP Table Static Entry: (checked)
