How do you turn off Auto Config Backup

    Can anyone tell me how to turn off Auto Config Backup. I so so so stupidly turned it on and now every time I save, I have to wait 45 seconds for it to tell me that it failed. It is pissing me off so much I could punch a kitten!!!!
