Carp on svi

Guys

i have setup pfsense with carp and only the LAN and the WAN is of master/backup.
the other 2 vlan interface remains as master.
is there a configuration issue ?

the order of the interface is the same for both the pri and sec pfsense.
couldnt pin point why the vlan interfaces are appearing both as the master
any advise is really appreciated
