Same gateway 2 different ips

My isp has given me 2 ip addresses (private class B) and same gateway address. Each ip is accounted seperately and has 3mbps link each. Can I use them together as multi WAN?

How exactly are you getting these connections? Just because you have 2 IPs doesn't mean you have 2 physical connections to pfsense? Where would the 3mbps link coming from.. So they are doing rate limiting on your IP over the same physical connection and rate limiting them to 3mbps each and you want to load balance over them to get 6??

ISP has his own router running at cable operator's office 172.16.34.0/24
static ip configuration at customer end.I have two connections/IP. 2 cat5e cables enter my office. Each ip is limited to 3mbps bandwidth. -

Not without an intermediate NAT device on one of them. A given subnet and IP can only exist on one interface.
