VPN Trunk/Loadbalancing possible? (site to site)

Hi there,

Can I combine two VPN tunnels over two independent WAN connections from site A into one VPN endpoint at site B?

I have multiple users at site A that use Remote Desktop Services. Instead of sharing a single VPN tunnel, I want to trunk/load balance this VPN tunnel across my users.
How to do that?
