Installing with 1 detected network card (other needs stge drivers)
I have a PC with 3 ethernet cards, 1 is detected and 2 of them are ASUS NX1101 which are compatible but need stge driver. When I boot pfSense CD normally I can assign the 1 detected card to LAN, but there is nothing left for WAN so I can't go further with installation.
I found this thread where user said:
[…] for the asus I had to modify loader.conf and copy if_stge.ko from freebsd 6.2 cd to pfsense box /boot/kernel directory […]
So can I somehow install pfSense in single user mode without the assigning of LAN/WAN interfaces and then applie this or do I have to extract the iso and then burn the modified version to CD?
Also where can i find if_stge.ko on the FreeBSD 6.2 CD, because I didn't see it on the ftp. It would be great if I didn't have to download the whole FreeBSD iso. I found some related files through mailing list but niether has *.ko extension.
Tnx for help

You'll find it under /boot/kernel on a running FreeBSD system, this may include the live CD. You may find that it's easier to go straight to 1.2.1, which is still in Beta.
Nice, 1.2.1 detected all of them
