Upgrade to 2.3.2 - One success, one potential issue, and one dumb user

First I updated my VM from 2.3.1_5 to 2.3.2 without issue.
Then I attempted to update my SG-2440 from 2.3.1_5 to 2.3.2 and got the below error, which could be due to server load? Just wanted to share this with developers in case it could be related to an issue, and not server load.
I then attempted to update again, and the upgrade proceeded as normal, except that I had a noob moment and closed my browser in the middle of the update (doh!). After about five minutes, the SG-2440 eventually came back up and was showing 2.3.2. My question is does it matter that I closed the browser in the middle of the update? Should I reinstall from scratch just in case? I just want to make sure there is no possibility that certain components didn't install because of my dumb moment. Thanks in advance!

The upgrade output in the GUI text box on 2.3.* is just displaying a "tail" of the actual upgrade log on disk. If the GUI goes away, then the upgrade process still keeps running and writing output to the log, then reboots when it is done. So there is no harm done if you close the GUI once the upgrade process is started.
On 2.2.* and older it worked differently, so if you are upgrading from 2.2.* and older then you need to keep the GUI open.
