What is the IP address of your client?

What is the IP address of your DNS server?

You seem to have switched from natting to .254 to natting to .1.

Port forwards translate the destination address.

Outbound NAT translates the source address.

      You need to do both.

A comprehensive network diagram is worth 10,000 words and 15 conference calls.
DO NOT set a source address/port in a port forward or firewall rule unless you KNOW you need it!
