Hello Everyone, So I have just found out about NUT (It could have come in handy so many times). I have a rack with:

      -PFSense router
      -FreeNAS Box
-iSpy server running Windows 10 (If only iSpy had a Linux version  :( )
      -Cyber Power CP1000PFC LCD

I have set up my PFSense Box to be my master for the whole rack and I have gotten the FreeNAS box to successfully shutdown via NUT. I have also download the Windows port for NUT and have configured it to listen to the PFSense box to see when the power goes out. My Dell Powerconnect 2724 is also powered via the UPS so there is no problem there.

After all of this, the Windows machine was the only one that didn't shut down properly when testing the setup.

I was wondering if anyone else has had any trouble or has any advice on getting these to talk? There is little to no documentation on the Windows port of NUT so I am at a loss here.

      Thanks in advance,
      John

There are two ports exists today, old unofficial unsupported and official, supported. Which one you have used?

          Thanks for the reply!

I have used the official port off of the NUT website. It is the one that has no GUI.
