      Hello,

      Using Pfsense 2.0.2
I want to have about 3000 users in the RADIUS Database for CP, randomly generated and randomly generated Passwords like "TCJUZ" / "275980". We already have radius running with MySQL + selfregistration. So one idea would be putting this list into raddb/users to have it simultaniously with the Mysql DB. I'd generate a list with excel and/or gawk and put it into the users file.

But I see this does not work. If I edit raddb/users by hand, the user won't authenticate. My modifications even get deleted after a certain amount of time! So I work in the wrong place. Can someone point me to the right direction?

      TIA

Yeah update to a current supported version 2.0.2 really?
2.0.2 release date 2012-12-21 = No longer supported

So you have 3000 users and your running freerad as a package on pfsense from 2012??  If you have that many users I would suggest you run current freerad on its own system..
